Flooding Update: All Downtown and Canal Shore Drive Businesses ARE OPEN AND ACCESSIBLE during the flooding on the Mississippi River. Even though Highway 67 is closed at the north end of LeClaire, the majority of the downtown is "high and dry" and accessible, and there are detours in place north of Holland Street to still get into and through LeClaire.
